The last date taxes are payable without penalty is June 30th, 2025. After that date, five per centum will be added for the first month and an additional one per centum pursuant to the Real Property Tax Law for each month or fraction thereof thereafter until paid. Additional fees will also accrue as of September 1st, 2025.
Payment May Be Made As Follows: In Person: At Village Hall Make Checks Payable To: Receiver of Taxes - VOB 8:00 am –4:00 pm Monday-Friday (except Holidays) By mail: Village of Babylon 153 West Main Street Babylon, New York 11702 Online: By check or credit card via our website: www.villageofbabylonny.gov Credit Card payments will incur a servicing company convenience fee as follows: payments up to $113 will be charged an additional $3.00 fee payments over $113 will be charged an additional 2.65% fee Credit Cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS Electronic Check Payments will incur a servicing company convenience fee of $1.50 ***If paying online please note- when searching for your property only put the house number and the name of the street (do not put Avenue, Street, Road, Drive, etc. and do not put your last name). Hit search and the parcels will appear at the bottom of the page. From there hit add for your property tax bill.
