E. Donald Conroy Golf Course

Located just outside the center of beautiful downtown Babylon Village, the 9-hole course at the E. Donald Conroy Golf Course features 994 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 27. The course rating is 27.0 and it has a slope rating of 113 on Bent grass. Designed by Land Design Associates, the Donald Conroy golf course opened in 1999. Village Trustee Dominic Bencivenga oversees the golf course operations.

The facility features a clubhouse, seasonal men’s and women’s golf Leagues, a putting green and practice range, as well as lessons and free clinics with a local golf pro.

The E. Donald Conroy Golf Course at Sumpwams Creek. The golf course will open on Sunday, March 22 (weather permitting), and is available every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our four-person practice range and putting green are perfect for a pre-round warm up or for sharpening skills before heading out on our nine-hole par 3 course.

Prices for the 2026 season are as follows:
Village Residents: $14
Village Seniors (62+): $12 (Monday-Thursday)
Non-residents: $20
Non-resident Seniors (62+): $15

The course is recognized by the Metropolitan Golf Association as a member of the USGA, whose course rating and slope used in the World Handicap System enables golfers of different abilities to play and compete on an equal basis. The course rating is 26.4 with a slope of 77 from the blue tees. Please refer to the chart below for all tee ratings.
