  1. Approve minutes from May 14, 2026, and June 11, 2026, meetings
  2. Discuss utilizing the Chamber of Commerce to further promote the Façade Improvement Program.
    1. Follow up on a timeline for the introduction letters to be forwarded to chamber members.
    2. Discuss means in which to further communicate with the business district.
  3. Review pending applications:
    1. Babylon CrossFit - Pending property owner’s consent
    2. Vervain & Rue Apothicaire - 22 Fire Island Avenue - pending application
    3. Capitol Barber Shop - 20 Fire Island Avenue – pending application
    4. The Beauty Bar - 18 Fire Island Avenue – pending application
  4. Review Façade Improvement Fee invoicing: 
    1. Clarify spaces to be invoiced based on scope of construction/improvements
  5. Façade Fund Account Balance: $19677
    1. My Play Space, 105 W. Main Street – Previoulsy approved application in the amount of $500 – distribution pending completion of work.
    2. Outstanding Invoices: $19189
