Special meeting of the Board of Trustees opened at 5:15 PM.
The Village Clerk read the following:
PUBLIC NOTICE
VILLAGE OF BABYLON
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Babylon will hold a Special Meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, for the purpose of certifying the results from the Special Village Election to be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Meeting will be held at Village Hall, 153 W. Main St., Babylon.

On the motion of Trustee Seibert, seconded by Trustee Szabo and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED to certify the election results from the Special Village Election held on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, as per the attached.
On the motion of Trustee Seibert, seconded by Trustee Szabo and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 5:20 PM.
