RFP Opened at 9:38 AM.
Pursuant to Resolution adopted by the Village Board:
Proposals are hereby requested by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Babylon, 153 West Main Street, Babylon, NY, for the Food Concession at the Gilbert C. Hanse Municipal Pool. Sealed proposals should be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk no later than 9:30 AM, Thursday, May 5, 2022.
The Request for Proposal may be obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk during regular business hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, or via email request to jparker@villageofbabylonny.gov.
The Village reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any proposals and waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interest of the Village.
