A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Babylon was held in the upstairs conference room on TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2026. Present: Mayor Adams, Trustee Seibert, Trustee Cardali and Trustee Szabo. Absent: Trustee Bencivenga and Attorney Casolaro. On the motion of Trustee Seibert, seconded by Trustee Szabo and unanimously carried, the work session opened at 6:33 PM. On the motion of Trustee Cardali, seconded by Trustee Seibert and unanimously carried, the work session ended at 8:00 PM.

Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees opened at 8:00 PM.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Trustee Cardali.
On the motion of Trustee Seibert, seconded by Trustee Szabo and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the May 12, 2026 regular meeting of the Board of Trustees and dispense with the reading of the same.
The Village Clerk read the letter from the Fire Department dated May 12th, 2026:

Note; Dayvid Pinto who showed accepted last month, is still in the process of joining the department.

RESOLVED to make the following budget amendments to the 2025/26 budget as attached.
On the motion of Trustee Seibert, seconded by Trustee Szabo and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED approving the attached Warrant for May 26, 2026:
GENERAL ACCOUNT: $ 131,942.40
TOTAL GENERAL FUND: $ 131,942.40
TRUST FUND: $ 58,750.00
TOTAL: $ 190,692.40
On the motion of Trustee Szabo, seconded by Trustee Seibert and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED to accept the attached third amendment to the Communications Site Lease Agreement between the Village of Babylon and GTP Towers I, LLC. [#1346]
The following announcements were made:
- Trustee Seibert stated Summer Recreation Programs are FULL. There is a waiting list.
- · Trustee Cardali said registration for swimming lessons/pool passes continues May 30th and June 6th, 9AM – 12PM at Village Hall; late registration is June 13th, 9AM – 12PM at the Village pool for swim lessons only.
The meeting was open to the public and the following person addressed the Board.

On the motion of Trustee Seibert, seconded by Trustee Szabo and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 8:13 PM.
