Bid opened at 10:04 AM.
Sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk of the Village of Babylon at 153 W. Main St, Babylon, New York, 11702 on or before 9:30 AM on Thursday, May 12th, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read and the contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for the following:
PLASTIC BAGS
Bid specifications may be examined and obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, on and after April 28th, 2022.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Village of Babylon in the amount $100.00.
The Village of Babylon reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid, which in the opinion of the Board, will be in the best interest of the Village.
