A work session was held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Babylon on Tuesday, May 31st, 2016. On the motion of Trustee Davida, seconded by Trustee Basile and unanimously carried, the meeting opened at 4:03 p.m. On the motion of Trustee Muldowney, seconded by Trustee Davida and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.

The Village Clerk read the Legal Notice:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Babylon will hold a Public Hearing at 153 West Main Street, on Tuesday, June 14th, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, to consider the application of Keith Dahmen, Principal of Gino’s Pizza, to amend the Covenants & Restrictions for Gino’s Pizza, 258 Deer Park Avenue.
Copy of application and plans may be examined at the office of the Village Clerk, between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday through Friday.
All interested persons should appear at the above time and place and they will be given the opportunity to be heard. All applicants and their duly appointed representatives must appear in person at the above hearing.

Mr. Dahmen approached the Board to request an amendment to the current Covenants & Restrictions for Gino’s Pizza to extend the hours of operation on Friday and Saturday evenings until 3:00 a.m. He is not planning on serving alcohol. [Current Covenants & Restrictions limit closing time to 12:30 a.m. on Friday evenings and 11:30 p.m. on Saturday evenings.]
The Board expressed their concerns about the extended hours
The meeting was opened to the public; no one addressed the Board.
On the motion of Trustee Muldowney, seconded by Trustee Basile and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED to reserve decision.
Meeting adjourned 7:26 p.m.
