The Village Clerk read the legal notice:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Babylon will hold a Public Hearing at 153 West Main Street, on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, to consider the application of Maxine Sterlacci of The Green Fork Babylon, LLC, to increase the seating at The Green Fork, 101 Deer Park Ave.
Copy of application and plans may be examined at the office of the Village Clerk, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
All interested persons should appear at the above time and place and they will be given the opportunity to be heard. All applicants and their duly appointed representatives must appear in person at the above hearing.

The applicant explained that they are seeking permission to increase the total seating. The original Covenants and Restrictions permitted a total seating of ten (10); they would like to add four tables with two seats each, in addition to the original ten (10) counter seats, for a total seating of eighteen (18).
Hours of operation are to remain as indicated in the Covenants & Restrictions, daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. They received the Board of Health permit approximately two weeks ago.
This upcoming weekend, from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 p.m. is their ‘soft-opening’ for friends and family; they intend to open the following week.
No one was present to address the Board regarding this application.
On the motion of Trustee Muldowney, seconded by Trustee Silvestri and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED to reserve decision.
