On the motion of Mayor Scordino, seconded by Trustee Muldowney and unanimously carried, the meeting opened at 7:32 p.m. On the motion of Trustee Muldowney, seconded by Trustee Silvestri and unanimously carried, the public session ended at 7:35 when the Board entered into executive session at 7:35 on the motion of Trustee Muldowney, seconded by Trustee Adams and unanimously carried.

On the motion of Mayor Scordino, seconded by Trustee Muldowney and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the March 24, 2020 regular meeting of the Board of Trustees and dispense with the reading of the same.
On the motion of Trustee Muldowney, seconded by Trustee Silvestri and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED that the attached assessment changes / corrections have been made to the 2020 Tentative Roll.

On the motion of Trustee Muldowney, seconded by Trustee Silvestri and unanimously carried,
WHEREAS Requests for Proposals for the Food Concession at the Village of Babylon Municipal Pool were received by March 5th, 2020,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED to award the contract to Molto Vino Ltd., with the proposed percentage of 18% of the gross proceeds.
On the motion of Trustee Adams, seconded by Trustee Muldowney and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED to bill the Exempt Property Restoration as indicated below due to new ownership (per January 2020 recorded deeds).

Mayor Scordino expressed his gratitude to Trustee Adams for all the time and effort she is putting into the Village Facebook page to help keep the residents informed during this difficult time. He thanked her for taking the concerns of the residents and for keeping him abreast of things that need to be addressed.
On the motion of Trustee Silvestri, seconded by Trustee Adams and unanimously carried,
WHEREAS, the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (“GOSR”) and the Town of Babylon (“Town”) awarded Bid No. 17G31, Installation of Generators at Babylon Village Hall, DPW & Cedar Street Firehouse to Commander Electric, Inc. and
WHEREAS, all work performed by Commander Electric, Inc. pursuant to Bid No. 17G31 has been completed
NOW, THEREFORE, be it
RESOLVED, that all work performed by Commander Electric, Inc. be and is hereby accepted by the Village of Babylon Board of Trustees as satisfactorily complete.

Mayor Scordino made the following announcements:
- The Spring & Summer Newsletter will be arriving by the end of April / beginning of May.
- During these critical times, it is important that we all come together as a community and work together, because together we will get through this coronavirus pandemic. The Mayor gave special acknowledgment to those who are working tirelessly to keep us safe while still moving forward. Special thanks to: The Babylon Village Volunteer Fire Department and EMS, Skip Gardner, Superintendent of Public Works, and the highway maintenance crews, Code Enforcement Officers, Scott Glenn, Deputy Supervisor, Jay Brunjes, Head of Sanitation and the entire Highway and Sanitation Department.
- On behalf of the Board and the residents, the Mayor thanked all of the first responders, doctors, nurses and medical personnel who have kept our Village and Nation going.
